We are six IBDP students, who teamed up and created this page to attract and entertain people with similar passions to ours. The goal of this website is to help people get through quarantine, and generally get through their day, by using their time more productively or by trying out new things. It is no secret that being stuck inside has forbidden us from doing things that we enjoy and that has impacted us all in a way. However it is important to take care of ourselves in any way we can, and this is what we are here for, to help you enrich your day with beneficial activities. This page is an opportunity for you to have fun and engage with new hobbies. So, if you enjoy, reading books, programming, gaming, improving your mental and physical health, playing music or creativity, you have visited the right page! Let’s get through quarantine together!

Hi everyone, my name is Yasmina-Nadia Kharma and welcome to our blog! From a very young age I have been an advocate of mental health and well-being. This year we have all experienced a tough situation and it has impacted us all in one way or another. Being stuck in our homes for months on end hasn’t been easy for anyone at all, and during this time a lot of people came to realise the importance of taking care of your mental, physical and emotional health. These are the guiding factors to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I believe that we should all be advocates and take care of our wellbeing and mental health everyday because it is fundamental to our overall health. I know it can be tough and I know you might have a lot of questions or you might not know where to start, but this is exactly what I’m here for!
